I spent years playing the hero in other worlds. Then I had to become one in mine.

Lu grew up deeply connected to video games, MMORPGs, fantasy, sci-fi, and stories where ordinary people crossed a threshold and became more. Those worlds were inspiring. They were also a place to hide.

Over time, escapism, depression, addiction patterns, emotional avoidance, and unhealthy routines became a real-life challenge. Transformation did not come from another burst of motivation. It came from learning how to observe the mind, process emotion, regulate the nervous system, rebuild the body, and stop repeating the same loops.
